Happy New Year everybody.  Wow, 2009 already!  That was quick.  2008 was a mammoth step in a new direction for me, and I come out the other end with my Advanced Diploma in Screen and close to being a Daddy all over again.

Big things, big ideas for 2009.  It’s going to be busier than ever.

Very soon I will post a new short film I am very proud of: HER PARTY.  I think it will be a nice way to kick off the new year.

Back in May, as part of my Advanced Diploma in Screen course, I won a pitch to direct a ‘Collaborative’ project; which involved the class being divided into two separate groups and given the same screenplay to go away and shoot in one week. This is what ‘Team Stringer’ produced:

I’m currently transferring Living With Benjamin to a true widescreen format for festival viewing, starting with the new festival teaser trailer (below).  True widescreen is much more awesome!  Film buffs will understand…
